Aspen's Syndicate at Lloyd's (ASP 4711) commences underwriting from early April 2008 for business incepting from May 1, 2008.

Syndicate 4711 is managed by Aspen Managing Agency Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK.

The Syndicate will write the following classes of business:

Marine liability	Liability arising from the ownership and operation of vessels
Marine hull	Hull and machinery
Energy	Onshore and offshore physical damage and liabilities and other associated coverages
Non-marine liability	Classes include: Transportation Railroads Life sciences.
Construction liability	Offshore construction for property and liability Onshore construction
Aviation	Hull deductible insurance Hull war.
Specialty reinsurance	Space treaties
